Nose – Fruity and spicy with a slight burn.

Palate – Strong butterscotch, orange and cooking spices (nutmeg, allspice cinnamon).

Finish – The finish is very fruity with a nice hint of spice. Very smooth.

Does this whiskey remind you of a different whiskey? No.

In your opinion, what’s the best use of this whiskey (sipping or mixing? Any recommendations on a particular mix? I’ve only tried it neat, but I can’t imagine needing to add anything to it.

Is there anything about the whiskey we should know that we didn’t ask? This is the second bottle of WhistlePig I’ve bought. Piggyback was the first at just below $50. I highly recommend spending the extra $20ish bucks and getting this one.
