Nose – A lot of spices, honey with a bit of lemon, and some caramel.
Palate – Honey and caramel initially, followed by some spiciness.
Finish – Very very smooth with more caramel with some spiciness.
Does this whiskey remind you of a different whiskey? No, it has a very unique flavor.
In your opinion, what’s the best use of this whiskey (sipping or mixing? Any recommendations on a particular mix? This is a great whiskey. I sipped it and loved it, I can absolutely see it being great in a cocktail too.
