Do you remember how much you paid for the bottle? $15 (for a pint)
Is the whiskey worth what you paid? Yes
Nose – Sweet, earthy, woody (oaky)
Palate – First sip was smooth and pleasant and slightly sweet. After a sip of water I got an earthy, oaky vibe.
Finish – The flavor stays and marinates on the tongue nicely.
Does this whiskey remind you of a different whiskey? No, this is my first small batch straight bourbon, I like it.
In your opinion, what’s the best use of this whiskey (sipping or mixing? Any recommendations on a particular mix? I really don’t know, I am new to bourbon.
